Rostec United Engine Corporation successfully conducted the first stage of certification tests of the PD-8 aircraft engine HP core for SSJ-NEW regional jet. The unique test bench, which has no analogues in Russia, simulated the conditions typical for the engine's operation at an altitude of up to 12 kilometers.

In the course of this stage, work was carried out on the development of the CML-Bench digital platform, modeling of the power plant elements, its dynamic model and technical condition forecasting program were created.
