April, 6th 2012, Rybinsk – The government of Yaroslavl region congratulated the employees of NPO Saturn who have brilliantly represented the region and their company at the XII All-Russian ‘Engineer of the year 2011’ competition.
Following the results of the 1st tour in the category 'Professional engineers' the title 'Professional engineer of Russia' as well as a respective certificate and an ensign
in the nomination ‘Mechanical engineering’ were awarded to Dmitry Ievlev – head of the engineering analysis systems design department, NPO Saturn;
in the nomination ‘Aviation and space engineering’ were awarded to Vladimir Posadov – expert on vibration diagnostics of gas-turbine engines representing the mechanical strength design department, NPO Saturn and Valery Kucherov – group leader in the compressors design department, NPO Saturn.
Following the results of the 1st tour in the category ‘Engineering as a youth art’ the diploma ‘The winner of the 1st tour of the All-Russian ‘Engineer of the year 2011’ competition’ went
in the nomination ‘Mechanical engineering’ to Marina Dmitrieva – 1st category design engineer representing the compressors design department, NPO Saturn;
in the nomination ‘Aviation and space engineering’ to Artem Korotygin – 2nd category design engineer representing the compressors design department, NPO Saturn.
Following the results of the 2nd tour in the category ‘Professional engineers’ in the nomination ‘Aviation and space engineering’ the winner was Sergey Sarychev – deputy head of the investigation and reliability design department, NPO Saturn. Mr. Sarychev was awarded the title of the winner of the All-Russian ‘Engineer of the year 2011’ competition with the presentation of a respective diploma, a certificate and a memorable medal.
The XII All-Russian ‘Engineer of the year 2011’ competition was organized by the Russian union of research and engineering non-profit organizations, the A.M. Prokhorov academy of engineering sciences, the International non-profit fund for facilitating the scientific and technical progress under the auspices of the Government of the Russian Federation. The results of the competition were determined at the beginning of 2012.
