Site news 5.07.2011July, 5th 2011, Rybinsk. – NPO Saturn aviation training center has fully confirmed compliance with the requirements of the Federal aviation rules “Certification of aviation training centers”.
On June, 22 2011 the commission of the Federal Agency for Air Transport of the Russian Federation performed an inspection check of the NPO Saturn aviation training center. Following the results of that check it was decided to prolong until June 2014 the validity of the certificate №183 granted to the aviation training center on 29 June 2010 for the training programs applied for:
• general awareness of the propulsion system;
• line and base maintenance;
• engine borescope inspection.
As of the beginning of July 2011 the NPO Saturn aviation training center has trained and certified the specialists of NPO Saturn, engineering and technical staff of Aeroflot and Armavia as well as the personnel of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and Superjet International. The trainees highly evaluated the level of equipment of the NPO Saturn aviation training center, the quality of training programs and instruction.
